Pastor Nosayaba Enotiuwa is the current Resident Pastor of Winners Chapel International, Alabama.

Pastor Nosayaba is a lover of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and a dedicated student of the teachings of Bishop David Oyedepo. He is committed to the mandate that Bishop Oyedepo received from God in an 18 hour long vision in May 1981.

“The hour has come to liberate the world from all oppressions of the devil through the preaching of the word of faith, and I am sending you to undertake this task.”

This Mandate like wildfire has spread around the world, including the United States and especially in the state of Alabama. We have witnessed and still witnessing the state of Alabama yielding to the Liberation Mandate.
